Dr. Lindsay Paquette grew up in Goderich, Ontario. She has lived in the Waterloo region since 2003. She graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2010, prior to which she completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Paquette is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, College of Optometrists of Ontario, and Waterloo Wellington Optometric Society. Early in her career, she spent a few years doing contact lens research at the University of Waterloo; during that time she had two articles published and was involved in creating an online Contact Lens Management guide. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, playing ringette and ultimate frisbee, and spending time at home in Conestogo with her husband and two young children.
